Assist with penetration testers to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills and be able to isolate and fix problems quickly.

Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office suite.

Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate personas and assess candidate skills through phone screens.

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate screening to onboarding new employees.

Utilize networking skills and social media sourcing to find qualified candidates for different roles.

Follow up on employee referrals and manage candidate dispositions accurately in the applicant tracking system.

2+ years of relevant sourcing or cyber recruiting experience

Interviewing skills to support the business with recruitment needs

Provide technical knowledge for the Identity & Access Management processes, including directory services, privileged access management, and endpoint privilege management

2+ years of experience with CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault and/or BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Solutions

Knowledge and understanding of Federal compliance requirements, including DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 2

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; or equivalent experience

BeyondTrust certifications/CyberArk certifications/Industry-standard cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entity

Develop cybersecurity operations trend analysis and report the results

Independently drive projects, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, thoroughly testing solutions, ensuring successful project completion, launch, and maintenance

Drive enhancements and tasks/bug fixes and offer technical support within GTM systems and processes

You have a certification in Salesforce Administration and Marketo

Can code and experience in software development methodologies

Own implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Sales and Marketing systems and tools

Analyze and address any systems issues or integrated data issues

Learn and grow your security analysis skills utilizing industry standard cybersecurity tools

Work with cybersecurity team members to become highly skilled in one or more industry standard cybersecurity tools used at Interstate

Basic to advanced computer skills required, i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel (pivot tables, graphs etc)

Excellent phone and face to face verbal communication skills

Ability to learn and retain knowledge in specialized industry standard security tool suites

Works under general to close supervision with regular review by cybersecurity manager and team

Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related major.

A CISA, CISSP, or CISM certification is preferred.

Perform comprehensive analysis of information prompted through interviews and document review by demonstrating professional skepticism and appropriate follow-up.

Present and confirm audit findings/issues and the related corrective action to various levels of process/business owners.

Effective in writing reports; highlighting audit findings and making recommendations for corrective action.

Maintaining and administering cybersecurity technologies such as vulnerability assessment, endpoint detection/response, SIEM, and privileged access management tools.

Post-Secondary education in cybersecurity-related field or two years of equivalent work experience.

Advanced understanding of endpoint technologies such as AV, EDR, and privilege management.

Understanding of Identity and Access Management/Modern Authentication solutions such as OAuth2 and SAML 2.0.

Contributing to developing, implementing, and fine-tuning SIEM use cases/associated rules and other security control configurations to enhance threat detection capabilities.

Fundamental knowledge of vulnerability and threat, including CVE, MITRE/ATT&CK, and OWASP.

Knowledge of and experience with Kubernetes, CSPM, and container security vendors is a plus

Bachelor degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field, or compelling story

Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills with proven executive-level engagement and coaching

Curiosity and a desire to not only learn, but also share what was learned and experienced

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and knowing when to ask for help

A thorough understanding of the attack life cycle and working knowledge of attack vectors, tactics, and techniques used by threat actors
