Listen to the caller’s request and either solve the query or direct the call to the concerned department

Must know which staff are in which department and who is in charge of what function

Must maintain up-to-date information of the current happenings in the company

Excellent communication skills and general business knowledge is a must.

Six months experience with a telephone having multiple phone lines is required.

Experience in a high volume inbound call environment such as a call center preferred.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Maintain calm, empathetic, and courteous demeanor when interacting with varied personalities.

Daily collection, sorting, and distribution incoming and outgoing mail pertaining to the contact center.

Complete various tasks as assigned by the front office and billing manager.

Proficient user and knowledge of business phone etiquette.

Must develop knowledge of the Practice, and its general operations/specialties to effectively respond to incoming calls and to route them properly.

One year of experience working with multiple phone lines is required.

Past medical practice experience a plus.

Answer incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department.

Overall maintaining of the facilities switchboard and have a working knowledge of the calling codes

Experience working with a switchboard or multi-line phone system

Must have a friendly phone presence and clear verbal communication skills

Answering all inbound calls to the facility and routing outbound calls to the appropriate person

Maintaining information of current residents

Responding to any emergency calls and reporting any urgent emergencies to the appropriate service

Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills

Determine the skill sets needed on the team, develop and execute a hiring plan.

10 or more years of experience leading high performing teams

Excited about the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company, and able to juggle many projects and responsibilities

Experience in the healthcare industry
