Sustainability Expert Jobs in Texas

Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in environmental regulatory coordination, inspections, project management.

3-5 years of professional experience in Environmental consulting, environmental regulatory coordination, inspections, project management.

A working Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental Regulations and standards, including: USACE Waters of the U.S (WOTUS).

Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.

A working knowledge of the most current versions of ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS desktop.

Conducts reviews and/or prepares technical project documents.

Management consulting experience highly desired.

Provides strategic advice to regional/Corporate Function departmental executive management regarding overall targeted growth, operation efficiency, and capital strategy initiatives.

Influences C-level executives on a wide range of business issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.

Change Management' Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization.

Provides innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within area of expertise.

Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and departmental team performance goals and manages/drives change.

1-2 years’ experience working with sustainability programs. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Assist the Senior Operations Manager with scheduling the part-time sustainability crew members

Experience with live sports and entertainment venues preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Take action and provide recommendations to the Dometic management team on continuous improvements regarding the sustainability

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and assess sustainability compliance requirements related to our operations;

Develop and maintain procedures to ensure that applicable requirements are well implemented and followed throughout the organization;

At least 5 years of experience with an international industry or governmental institution;

Good knowledge in and passion for sustainability matters;
