Strong and current knowledge in a functional area: finance, human capital, sales, marketing, customer success, product, or technology.

Corporate operating experience at the “C” level.

Significant experience in the emerging growth sector.

Experience leading PE/VC portfolio companies generating out-size returns for investors.

Demonstrated ability to manage organizations undergoing significant growth and change.

Very deep experience and success in at least one industry that is critical to the local market.

Experience engaging and consulting C’ suite and Business leaders across CPG Value Chain

Experience with consultative pre-sales/ sales efforts

Understand and drive asset creation around best practices in CPG and Retail and contribute to the development of service offerings

Strong experience delivering engagements comprising both client stakeholders, operations, business and technology specialists

A demonstrable ability to translate business objectives into operational and technology requirements with the commercial acumen to create supporting business cases

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to build client relationships

Bachelor’s Degree or combination of relevant work experience and education required

5-7+ years of relevant operations/manufacturing full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience required

Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms required

Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience analyzing and visualizing metrics and data to tell a compelling story, and regularly report on activity

Direct line Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management.

Advises/guides customers in project vision/charter creation, implementation strategy, controlling customizations, implementation best practices, change management.

Depending on the job, there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

Responsible for building strong relationships with Software Sales VP and/or multiple Regional Managers

Undergraduate degree and/or 12 years of experience in Consulting.

Preferred but not required qualifications include:

Understanding of supply chain threats and best practice related to security, social responsibility, and business continuity risk management

Present and convey technical knowledge related to CTPAT and mutual recognition programs

Actively drive and manage the solution evaluation stage of the sales process.

B.A. / B.S. or equivalent job experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in consultative sales

Demonstrated technical knowledge of C-TPAT, PIP, AEO and SAFE framework programs is preferred.

Effective conflict management skills, with the ability to find creative solutions that work for all stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, business or other relevant degree required

8+ years of prior relevant business experience required, including 5+ years of experience driving impact as a strategic HR Business Partner

2+years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing required

1+ years' experience in supporting multi-site Manufacturing operations preferred

2+ year's prior experience as a leader of people preferred

Partner managers would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• SOW / Subcontract execution

• Additive to task order headcount

Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, human resources management or related field.

Previous experience with GEA onboarding and staffing responsibilities

Provide leadership and expertise in the full scope of Human Resource responsibilities for employees in the assigned Supply Chain teams.

3 years Human Resources experience in roles of increasing responsibility.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience inlogistics, transportation, supply chain management

Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvement strategies

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in Tableau or Power BI is a plus

Ability to work with employees at all levels and of different cultural backgrounds

Applicants must be fully mobile and flexible as the position involves 100% travel. Relocation is not necessary.

Project management experience in creating workplans and managing and delivering supply chain programs and projects

3-5 years of prior consulting experience in a management consulting firm or internal consulting experience for a Fortune 500 company

Excellent leadership, ethics, communication (written and oral), project management and interpersonal skills

Collaborate with senior clients to enhance the materials location and inventory management, network rationalization, 3PL and transportation providers

Education: Business, Economics or Engineering Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred

Support firm Supply Chain practice development efforts, not limited to, but including methodology refresh, IP development, tool and template creation, etc.
