Supplier Analyst Manager Jobs

Manage third party logistics provider metrics using historical data, current information, and metrics targets to optimize performance.

Support Inventory Control Functions by ensuring that all activities are performed to meet requirements.

5+ years of logistics and/or procurement experience in the CPG or Supply Chain industry

Demonstrated ability to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.

Drive improvement with third-party logistics provider by evaluating current operating IT, hardware, and network infrastructure and implementing for future enhancements.

Develop and implement warehouse operational processes improvements with a focus on operational accuracy, efficiency, and cost containment.

Have experience in logistics operations, and/or supply chain management

Some supplier management experience including designing and executing RFPs, RFQs, and driving performance via scorecards

Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required; SQL knowledge is a plus

Demonstrate strong investigative skills to identify opportunities for improvement with minimal guidance or direction required

3+ years of work experience in consulting, supply chain, or business operations

Strong analytical skills to drive fact-based decision making

Have experience in logistics operations, and/or supply chain management

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Compliance or related field or equivalent experience

Manage all vendor related inquires effectively and adhere to departmental KPIs/SLAs while maintaining risk and controls and providing outstanding customer service

3+ years of proven experience in the Procure to Pay domain

Proven previous experience in Supplier Onboarding/Enablement functions or similar roles

Experience handling large data sets

Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

· Reviews all paperwork and validates information that is compliant with Health System's vendor requirements.

· Manages and updates material and information flows related to the vendor setup process.

· Prioritizes and multi-tasks based on team/department needs.

· Maintains vendor profiles while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Oversees new vendor requests and creates new vendor profiles.

· Partners with Legal to initiate Master Service Agreements with new and existing vendors.

Experience with the management of suppliers to agreed contractual services

Three or more years of experience with contractual services

Experience with design, development and utilization of formal IT vendor contracts with internal or external customers

Experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic term and optional term life insurance
