Overview A Supervisory Program Specialist is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services. They are responsible for ensuring that the programs and services are meeting the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. They are also responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure that the programs and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner. Detailed Job Description A Supervisory Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services. They are responsible for ensuring that the programs and services are meeting the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. They are also responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure that the programs and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner. They are responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the programs and services. They are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the programs and services. They are responsible for providing guidance and support to staff in the development and implementation of the programs and services. Job Skills Required
