Overview The Supervisory Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for overseeing the customer experience team and ensuring that customer service standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Detailed Job Description The Supervisory Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the customer experience team. This includes developing and implementing customer service standards, training and coaching team members, and monitoring customer service performance. The Supervisory Customer Experience Specialist will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department.
