We’re looking for an incredible customer experience specialist to join our team. We sell air quality devices to consumers and businesses. We believe that clean air is a human right and everyone should have access to fresh, breathable air. We are looking for someone with experience supporting customers via email and chat with their online purchases and basic technical support in using their air quality devices.
What we're looking for:
* Experience delivering customer focused solutions to meet customer needs
* A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Must be a team player who is able to make independent decisions based on established guidelines
* Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
* Must have reliable wifi
* Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
* Must be available to work one weekend day per-week
* Must be available and willing to work extended hours as needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, and holidays, to meet business needs
* Must be available to work pacific time hours
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Active listening skills with the ability to communicate patience & empathy
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality and accuracy
* Proactive; strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
