Manage the audit program of the business operations team, providing weekly updates on performance to the operations leadership organization

Manage audit feedback loop and dispute resolution, ensuring audits are done following correct and current process.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to write clear investigative reports.

Supervise quality inspectors in a manufacturing environment.

Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop Quality Control employees to perform in-process monitoring of production.

2 plus years Quality Management System experience

Build, maintain and improve the integrated management system

Implement the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality policy in collaboration with the plant manager and management team

Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution

2 plus years QA experience

Advanced understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Principles, Food Defense Principles & Quality Management Systems. (QMS)

3-5 years experience in a product development or quality role, preferably in food manufacturing

Previous experience using SAP and SPC (InfinityQS) is preferred.

Experience operating within and a working knowledge of ISO and other regulatory organizations that Weatherford subscribe to.

Manage training of all LABS personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of OEPS.

Report on a timely basis to executive management on the performance of OEPS in LABS operating locations.

Perform investigation and follow-ups to non-conformances found and collaborate with management team to provide responses as appropriate.

Education or Operational/On the job knowledge of Food Science- Food Production- Manufacturing Quality/Operations- or other relevant environments.

Must be able to work third shift M-F with potential for overtime days per management.
