Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

Lead the Vehicle Admin customer relations process management by observing, installing, and training approved processes.

Work with other supervisors and management team members to support Coordinators and maximize customer satisfaction.

Data Entry and Organization skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competences

Effectively manage a team of up to 10+ Vehicle Admin Coordinators.

Requires strong time management, event management, and prioritization skills.

Building, updating, auditing, and removing courses as well as enrolling, dropping, and managing learners in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Providing feedback on training content, Knowledge Base articles, and other internal content.

Back-up to Hyattconnect content managers, helping create notifications based on need.

1 or more years previous experience in successfully contributing to and/or managing small and medium projects is required.

6 or more months experience with Hyatt reservation systems is preferred.

Project Management experience and experience managing teams

Manage team of learning administrators to support employees and content owners in the United States

Manage support tickets generated by end user and content owners

Participate in defining US business unit specific requirements for system enhancements

Strong LMS background including LMS administration experience

Leadership development and coaching experience

Experience working remotely or with remote teams.

Create and manage user accounts, enrollments, and training schedules within the LMS.

Experience with learning content development tools such as Intellum Evolve, Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Experience with integrating the LMS with other systems such as HRIS or CMS.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
