-Process expense invoices and manage expenses. Recommend improvements in areas needing improved efficiencies to lower operating costs.

·Inventory Control and Product Slotting experience a plus.

-Monitor and maintain productivity tracking system.

-Review receiving to determine stock outs. Inform purchasing of potential outs, under/over stock problems and quality issues.

-Perform daily sanitation and safety inspections. Ensure security, maintenance, and repair of warehouse equipment and physical building.

Five years paper industry experience in a management position.

Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization, analytical skills, and decision-making.

Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Experience with Management and Union relations preferred.

Manage and continually develop all safety and housekeeping efforts in the Recycled Fiber Plant and Bale Receiving Warehouse.

Increase process reliability, enhance product quality, and improve overall process efficiencies through trial work, experimentation, equipment optimization and training/education.

Close management of PXGEO assets onboard to include inventory levels, critical spares, and operational assets.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and in direct coordination with all Technical Managers to improve overall efficiency.

Identifying new areas for improvement on Node Handling activities and proposing solutions.

Challenging and approval of requisitions before they are submitted to the office for processing.

Develop and implement task plans, written procedures, and assist with project timeline planning.

Oversight of our ROV sub-contractors, Maritime contractors, and third-party vendors onboard.

Excellent personal organizational skills and prior experience using Agile management tools such as Jira/Confluence

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certifications

Providing oversight and guidance to Agile teams in terms of release planning, cross-team coordination, and dependencies management

Optimizing the flow of current application delivery through ART by applying Kanban principles and using other program management tools

Support the development of behavioral change management, communications and training as needed to drive process and tool adoption, implementation and compliance.

8+ years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes
