Have knowledge of beginning teacher development and has shown a willingness to work with new teachers

Have prior knowledge of California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP’s -- used in new teacher induction programs) (Preferred)

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! (Must be at least 16 years old)

Starting Pay $19.41 - $21.04 per hour for Program Leaders with experience!

Leawood Elementary (6155 W. Leawood Dr., Littleton, CO 80123)

Shifts vary but are generally 3 - 8 hours M-F anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Starting hourly wage is $17.00 minimum age of 16 ($18.39 with a Bachelor's Degree)

Previous experience in a legal setting highly preferred

Bachelor's Degree required; applicants should be in their first or second year of law school

GPA must be 3.0 or higher; GPA within top third of class preferred

Strong experience with distance education and distance learning students is preferred.

Offers direct, comprehensive support, coaching, and guidance to a load of assigned students.

Monitors the progress of assigned students and offers proactive support and outreach to those students.

Maintains knowledge within assigned college and program.

The Program Assistant provides administrative support for the program including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Assistant/Site Director and/or Program Director, the Lifeguard’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Protecting the health and safety of swimming pool patrons

Ensure the safety of all swimmers

Responsible for surveying the entire pool, deck, and pool areas

Maintain own advanced training and certifications e.g. A/C Section 609, welding, structural measuring, I-CAR, etc.

Conduct timely skills assessments for all trainees at specified intervals and enter into tracking system

Participate in scheduled remote team meetings to discuss student progress and program needs

Maintain training records for the purpose of reporting student progress to college affiliations and military requirements

Deliver and manage all instructional and hands-on training in collision repair to participants in TAP

Follow established program curriculum/skills assessment benchmarks to promote consistency throughout the program

Student Records Management, Tracking, Program Guidance, and Office Tasks (20%)

Experience working with target population

Prior experience working with TRIO or similar programs

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication (including experience making presentations to a variety of audiences) as evidenced by application materials

Perform advising and mentoring with program participants via phone or zoom.

Assist staff with virtual workshops, in-person events, and summer programming

Data Analytics & Data Science

A Rising Junior, Rising Senior or Master’s Level status at start of internship summer.

Attending a 4-year accredited University, pursuant of a bachelors or masters level degree at time of internship.

Ability to work full-time; June - August.

Ability to temporarily relocate to a Lumen office location within the U.S. if applicable for the role.
