Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages the onboarding of new hires by assisting with new hire task completion

National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification

2 or more years of leadership or managerial work

Familiar with managing a budget and staff and offering schedules

Develops positive relationships with members, team members, and direct reports while building communities

Stays up-to-date on market and related industry developments and best practices

Communication with Project Managers and Interior Designers throughout the client project process

Manage office calendar and contact list

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required

2-4 hrs Monday and Friday (Remote Work)

Hourly pay based on experience.

Supporting business development & marketing efforts

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Manage Adobe Creative Library assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and accessible for other team members.

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of print and digital production processes.

Proficient in PowerPoint and have experience finalizing presentations.
