Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Studio Production Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with our team of designers, copywriters, and project managers. The Studio Production Artist will be responsible for ensuring that all creative assets meet brand guidelines, are technically accurate, and produced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Adobe Creative Library assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and accessible for other team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts and ideas as needed.
  • Execute on designs and creative concepts across various mediums, including digital and print.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all materials meet high quality standards.
  • Prepare files for production and ensure that they are ready for final output.
  • Execute appropriate creative, production and content revisions requested through the review process, checking all work against requested changes before submitting for next review.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and have experience finalizing presentations.
  • Be curious and on top of emerging trends in design and technology.
  • Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
  • Emphasis on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • This is a fully remote position, which means that the Studio Production Artist must have a reliable and stable internet connection to be able to access the necessary software and collaborate with the team. It is also important that the candidate has experience working with cloud-based tools like OneDrive to ensure smooth collaboration and file-sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web-related technologies is a plus.
