Studio Production Manager Jobs in California

Experience with common project management & professional tools and software (airtable, excel, slack)

Communication/Relationship Management - Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors as part of providing support

Manage day-to-day production of a support if needed; includes being the main point of contact for invoice and general information.

Work with project manager to track and build schedules, deliveries, and distribution

2+ years of experience in production or logistics in live events environments or creative agency

Experience or deep interest in the gaming industry

Identify opportunities to establish new points of view and capabilities that evolve our enterprise research function.

Experience running rapid product research cycles to drive fast, iterative product development.

Experience in enterprise research and excitement for highly technical, complex workflows.

Experience working with global stakeholders and technical audiences.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to triangulate data and insights from multiple sources.

Engage internal and external studio partners worldwide to uncover pain points and unmet needs and translate them into actionable business recommendations.

Coach your team on time management and prioritization of tasks/initiatives to ensure all deadlines are met

Acknowledge your team’s wins and show gratitude

Perform monthly evaluations of Sales Associates/Assistant Studio Managers and provide mentoring for improvement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related job field, a plus

Foster the Orangetheory community and culture inside and out of the studio

Develop and execute new member acquisition and retention plans alongside the marketing team
