Overview A Student Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of student programs and activities. They are responsible for ensuring that the programs are meeting the needs of the students and providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment. They also work closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the programs are successful. Detailed Job Description A Student Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of student programs and activities. They are responsible for creating and managing program budgets, developing and implementing program goals and objectives, and ensuring that the programs are meeting the needs of the students. They also work closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the programs are successful. They are also responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student staff, developing and maintaining relationships with external organizations, and overseeing the evaluation of program outcomes. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, or a related field preferred
• At least three years of experience in student affairs, student services, or a related field
• Knowledge of student development theory and practice
• Knowledge of program evaluation and assessment
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of student recruitment and retention
• Knowledge of student services and resources
