Manage the local program with budget parameters.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions from program personnel as scheduled by the Regional Director or President.
Assist staff participant caseloads and monitor the results.
Ensure that best practice guidelines are adhered to by all direct staff.
Serve as a liaison between the agency, the court, social services agencies, community resources, and other organizations as needed
Develop linkages with community leaders and resources through outreach, connecting services, and coordinating services

Overview A Student Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of student programs and activities. They are responsible for ensuring that the programs are meeting the needs of the students and providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment. They also work closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the programs are successful. Detailed Job Description A Student Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of student programs and activities. They are responsible for creating and managing program budgets, developing and implementing program goals and objectives, and ensuring that the programs are meeting the needs of the students. They also work closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the programs are successful. They are also responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student staff, developing and maintaining relationships with external organizations, and overseeing the evaluation of program outcomes.
