Financial Services Specialist - Collections

Prior experience in an administrative role or dealership Intermediate excel skills a plus (pivot tables, filters, vlookups)
Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
2 + years of professional experience Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills (confident on the phone), strong attention to detail, solution focused
Prior collections or outbound dialing experience in a contact center environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
