Manage and provide development opportunities to junior team members.

Design research plans, conduct research, synthesize the data, and discover insights.

Conduct in-depth secondary research in support of project objectives and client business objectives.

Structure client deliverables and act as the point person for content and structure thinking.

Author slides, lead client conversations, and present findings and recommendations in collaboration with the broader team.

Support business development efforts throughout the sales cycle.

Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training

Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions

Sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

Managing project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client deliverables

Serving as key point of contact with client

Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.

Preference given to candidates with prior software development or technology consulting experience.

$75,000-$90,000/annually (Open to Senior Manager, dependent on experience-level - up to $113K)
