5+ years of experience in life sciences management consulting with a focus on medical affairs and/or market access

Manage and execute projects from start to finish, including project scoping, research, and analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and overseeing project delivery.

Driving business growth, managing project teams, and mentoring junior staff.

Participate in recruiting and developing top talent, including conducting interviews, providing training and mentorship, and supporting staff development.
