Communicate project status and opportunities to Project Manager and Management team

Support Subcontractor relations including scheduling, subcontract management, communications, job reporting and compliance

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related degree.

Ability to interact/communicate effectively in a professional and pleasant manner with Company’s customers, vendors, affiliates, stakeholders, owners, management, and employees.

Develop and utilize construction software and other related software to manage projects

Two (2) years of project administrative experience, preferably in construction industry.

This Marketing Coordinator position is remote, but a candidate that is close to the Carpinteria office is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of direct mail methodologies.

Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an administrative or professional role

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred

Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications; comfortable and confident communicating with leadership-level colleagues

Experience with Airtable, Confluence, and Jira, a plus

Own the planning and execution of key team initiatives, team meetings, and events, working cross-functionally with Workplace Services as needed
