Stem Lab Manager Elementary Jobs

Time management, Patience, Creativity, and Interpersonal skills

Researching and recommending new or updated equipment, tools, and software to enhance the lab's capabilities and learning experience.

Allocating resources efficiently, including budget management for equipment maintenance, repair, and acquisition.

Experience working in a laboratory environment, particularly in an educational setting

Assisting instructors and students during experiments and demonstrations, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Minimum of four years experience in clerical support positions. Office management experience preferred.

Education And Related Work Experience

Experience working with students preferred.

CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Provide back-up coverage to other positions, as necessary.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience required

At least 5 years of operations/management experience; preferably laundry operations with large-scale plants in management or commercial field

Ability to read and interpret a P&L statement to include budget responsibilities

Manages capital expenditure projects; manages and coordinates installation and operation of new equipment through engineering department and vendors

Some experience working/volunteering in a school setting

Manage use of STEM laboratory rooms

Pay Grade Educational Aide 3

Assist the campus in scheduling and operation of the STEM lab rooms to maximize use of high-quality collaborative lessons.

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution

Ability to work well with teachers and Curriculum and Instruction specialists
