- 3+ years experience in policy, internal strategy and operations, research, or consulting.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated interest in politics, policy, social media, online content and advertising, e-commerce, and/or technology.

Your mission at Climeworks is to enable Climeworks’ Roadmap by engaging all relevant stakeholders for Climeworks DAC+S projects in the US.

You analyze opportunities for enhanced and inclusive communication with partners, communities, and policymakers to advance Climeworks scale up roadmap.

You lead the development and implementation of multiple strategic communication initiatives, to support the successful execution of Climeworks projects.

You work with various internal and external partners to create an integrated approach to major projects communication and public affairs initiatives.

You completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, liberal arts, or political science.

·Handle, manage and analyze data and information responsibly.

·Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables for clients.

·Support business development efforts in general and in new sectors and evolving fields.

·Research best practices and innovations in sustainability processes and develop templates, marketing material and processes for E&E.

·Work within team of problem solvers. Help solve complex issues from strategy to implementation.

In particular, we are looking for the following experiences and qualifications for this role as well:

Manage a team of provider engagement professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities

Develop and oversee internal team operations including team processes and tool requirements to enable team members to hit provider engagement metrics

Manage vendor relationships and activities required for recruiting and operations

Develop and manage provider engagement programs, including recruitment, coaching, and other activities to build provider engagement

Research, identify, engage, and manage relationships with third-party organizations.

Help manage the Community Engagement and Partnership Team’s overall planning, roadmapping, and budgeting, to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.

Strong experience building new team narratives, operational structure, and best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills especially with uncharted territory and new concepts.

Working experience with the product development lifecycle within technology, regulations, and/or industry landscape.

Support our engagement with key partners, including managing Airbnb’s brand representation at various events, conferences, and other initiatives.
