2+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Experience designing, executing, and facilitating meetings and developing succinct meeting summaries

Experience with emergency communications or public safety

Experience working with integrated project teams, working groups, or stakeholder working groups

Possession of strong written and oral communication skills

Manage and be accountable for all communications and working relationships with stakeholders ·

Your mission at Climeworks is to enable Climeworks’ Roadmap by engaging all relevant stakeholders for Climeworks DAC+S projects in the US.

You analyze opportunities for enhanced and inclusive communication with partners, communities, and policymakers to advance Climeworks scale up roadmap.

You lead the development and implementation of multiple strategic communication initiatives, to support the successful execution of Climeworks projects.

You work with various internal and external partners to create an integrated approach to major projects communication and public affairs initiatives.

You completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, liberal arts, or political science.

Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement

1+ year of experience in project coordination

Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, and collaboration

Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Work closely with project managers, technical experts, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication

Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans

At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder communication or a related field

Knowledge of M365 Office Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment.

Extensive experience coordinating internal communications and tasks with stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

·Handle, manage and analyze data and information responsibly.

·Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables for clients.

·Support business development efforts in general and in new sectors and evolving fields.

·Research best practices and innovations in sustainability processes and develop templates, marketing material and processes for E&E.

·Work within team of problem solvers. Help solve complex issues from strategy to implementation.

·Always maintain a professional demeanor.

Familiarity with and understanding of CRMs and other content management databases, experience with Salesforce a plus.

Experience working with or within a higher education institution, People of Color Serving Institutions (PoCSIs, e.g., HSIs and HBCUs) a plus.

Review each letter of inquiry, proposal, and report for accuracy from the Senior Institutional Gifts Advisor and/or Grants Manager.

Oversee the gift acknowledgement process, including the digital and physical mailing of gift acknowledgement letters and gifts.

Bachelor’s degree in the Humanities, Political Science or Public Policy, a related field or equivalent experience.

Extensive experience with grant writing, reporting, and measuring impact.
