Stakeholder Engagement and Policy Support Analyst

The Opportunity:

In order to ensure operable, interoperable, and continuity of emergency communications, our clients need help in enhancing the ability of responders to manage routine incidents and support responses to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other incidents. Our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That’s why we need you, a motivated consultant who can apply solid writing, analytic, and organizational skills to drive emergency communications initiatives. As a general management consultant on our team, you will support stakeholder engagement and national-level guidance development. Through interaction with clients and engagement with public safety subject matter experts, you will help identify best practices and areas to strengthen and enhance the Nation’s emergency communications capabilities.

This is your chance to gain experience in public safety and emergency communications while learning new consulting skills.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience contributing to program management functions, such as regular reporting, milestone and action item tracking, and master schedule maintenance
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight and self-prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Public Trust
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Ability to develop high-visibility products that are technically and grammatically accurate
  • Experience designing, executing, and facilitating meetings and developing succinct meeting summaries
  • Ability to develop project deliverables, including guides, SOPs, models, and trackers
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to apply expertise in consulting, including data collection, analysis, writing, listening, and note taking, and public policy to help define project requirements, conduct analyses, and help develop client solutions

Nice If You Have:

  • Possession of strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with integrated project teams, working groups, or stakeholder working groups
  • Experience with emergency communications or public safety

Vetting:

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.
