Overview A Staff Trainer is responsible for providing training and development to staff members in order to improve their performance and productivity. They are responsible for creating and delivering training programs, assessing staff performance, and providing feedback and guidance to staff. Detailed Job Description The Staff Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to staff members in order to improve their performance and productivity. They must be able to assess staff performance, provide feedback and guidance, and develop and implement training plans. They must also be able to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to assess and evaluate staff performance

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in training and development
