Management of multiple projects in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years professional experience in content-focused roles with 5+ of those years on in-product UX content

Experience leading or co-leading the design process, from early concept to launch

Experience developing a product content strategy for web and mobile, including designing for accessibility and inclusivity

Develop content strategies and frameworks to drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention

Lead the content design process from discovery and ideation to the final fit and finish of full-fidelity designs

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

Spend time talking to customers, understanding their problems, and validating that your solutions solve a real problem for them

Contribute new controls or design improvements to our design system to help ensure consistency across products

Collaborate with our researchers to validate solutions to customer problems with usability tests

Own the successful delivery of UX from big rocks to small pebbles

•Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (1-3 years experience).

•Solidworks and Keyshot (1-3 years experience).

•Previous work experience in tableware or home décor.

•Experience in Rhino or other 3D software.

Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience

Experience in developing medical devices or regulated products a plus

Experience in multidisciplinary product development a plus

Self-starter with the ability to clarify ambiguous situations and not be afraid to fail and learn.

Passion for working with a collaborative, multidisciplinary creative team.

Innate curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technology, socio-cultural trends, and human behaviors.

A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience designing parts with consideration for plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and metal forming/casting/extrusion/stamping best practices.

Experience managing complex part interactions and assemblies.

Experience utilizing rapid prototyping techniques such as 3D printing and CNC machining to help validate part design.

Experience utilizing anthropometric data to guide the design of products that directly interface with the human body.
