- Oversees the pulling, palletizing, and protection requirements for all shipments.
- Establish, document, and maintain shipping processes to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Collaborates with the internal team regarding status of shipments.
- Completes all shipping paperwork.
- Works with freight carriers to determine best pricing and secure freight quotes.
- Assist asset management and warehouse teams with the daily workload, when needed.
- Effectively resolves discrepancies and/or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with product receiving, when needed.
- 3 to 5 years of warehousing experience; shipping experience preferred.
- Associated Degree preferred, but not required.
- Exhibit flexibility with changing schedules, assignments, work locations and requirements.
- Demonstrate effective customer service skills by meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Safely operate and handle all warehouse machinery.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Work and Excel. SnapTracker experience a plus.
