As a Consultant, Hotel Spend Management, you will

2+ years in project management, onboarding or implementations where you have had to advise clients and build strategic relationships

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations into Rippling’s product roadmap that enhance the customer experience

Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.

Help set up and customize new customer accounts

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Extensive experience working in Power BI and Tableau (building dashboards from scratch, etc.)

Extensive experience in SQL (writing queries) and working in a data warehouse environment

Degree or certification focused in analytics desired, but not required

Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling

Contract/category management experience highly desired.

Working knowledge and experience using Lawson preferred.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bring forward ideas for improvements related to standard work and automation to Spend Management Delivery executives.

Develop a high performing team of Spend Managers aligned with solving provider challenges.

Ensure Spend Managers are successfully implementing Vizient’s strategic programs (e.g., Impact Standardization, Novaplus).

3+ years of project management and/or enablement experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders; Spend SaaS , FinTech, or technical customer-facing role preferred.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills to communicate ideas, objectives, strategies, and training content across different media and stakeholders

Analytical abilities to dive into data to understand the effectiveness of training you delivered and identify gaps to revisit

Be the in-house expert on which messages resonate best with certain buyer personas or phases of the customer journey

Own communication plans as appropriate for each project and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and intended audiences

Analyze pre-project data and conduct retrospective analysis to identify key success factors and recommend actionable process improvements

Understand a prospect’s technical accounting requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s Finance Cloud product suite

Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their specific objectives

4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in the Financial Technology space.

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required. Masters degree preferred (CPA is the cherry on top!)

Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills

Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling

Facilitate kick-off meetings with Medical, Administrative, Apheresis Managers & Stem Cell Lab Managers/Directors.

Coordinate with Apheresis Managers to guide Cell Lab teams in preparing all necessary storage, logistics, and distribution infrastructure.

Lead onboarding activities for identified treatment centers, ensure patient treatment processes are in place).

Develop roadmap by institution of key personnel and cell therapy onboarding procedures.

Collaborate with MSL team to train the hospital staff including technical and drug-specific modules, REMS and portal access.

Ensure learnings and feedback are swiftly and accurately relayed to the internal Autolus team.
