Special Projects as required by department management and quality requirements

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong organizational and prioritization skills

Evaluates client request to determine the services that are being set up match their needs and requirements.

A demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills

Knowledge of project management principles

Knowledge of supplier management principles

5 years of experience working as an engineer in design and administration of large-scale projects

Intermediate technical and computer skills including the ability to utilize various Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) programs

Basic knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam

Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Process Safety Management/ OSHA requirements

Knowledge of project management principles

Knowledge of supplier management principles

Participating in procurement of design services and management of selected design firm

Knowledge of material handling automation

Assist with the fabrication, installation/strike, and maintenance/repair of props, set pieces and décor.

Assist with material inventory process.

Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and Guests.

High school diploma or equivalent

Have a valid Driver's license and able to meet company driving guidelines.

Serves as liaison between hospital and vendor personnel and other activities and responsibilities associated with project management

Organizes and manages project teams

Prepares and manages project budgets

This position will manage and maintain priorities of all work within the executive office supporting the strategic plan.

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience

Or Masters’ degree and 1 year of experience (can include Administrative Fellowship)

Investigate and compare current software user input methods related to engineering analysis and design.

Follow specification and implementation processes to create comprehensive documentation of proposed software enhancements.

Maintain and expand engineering material software support files to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and codes.

Assist in the creation of software development specifications as required to ensure software meets and exceeds user expectations.

Coordinate the engineering specification needs with all countries and divisions considered by software including Canada and the US.
