Management and administration of the Capital Management System (CMS) and capital process.

Facilitation of the connection to key stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, etc.).

Development of resources through cross-functional sharing and project experience.

Training, education, and maintenance of project controls standards and procedures

3+ years’ experience in project controls and scheduling, field/project engineering

Introductory knowledge of project controls principles related to industrial construction

Develop and manage event invite list tracking via Hubspot

Be willing to work 40 hours per week (remote)

Experience working in events or managing special projects

Self-motivated and able to work remotely

A firm knowledge of social media channels

Confidence to work cross-functionally and manage timelines and deliverables

Report progress updates and status on a recurring basis with program management using data dashboard and other key tools.

Collaborate with peers and program leadership to develop standard reporting metrics and measurements for the ongoing management of each program.

Partner with program stakeholders for each engagement and determine any unique communications requirements.

Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple cross-functional project teams.

Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters.

Project Management Certifications or substantial demonstrated experience in project management

Builds the skills of the project management organization to include strong program and project governance and delivery skills.

7 - 10 years of experience with notable progression in Project Management/Professional Services.

Management and leadership experience required.

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management best practices and tools.

Knowledge of current developments and trends in policing best practices, project management, and related technology.

Prefer hospital experience Required and

Transports patients, visitors and team members from parking areas to Cobb Hospital Campus buildings.

Transport film and specimens from campus buildings to hospital Lab in a timely manner. Practices patient confidentiality at all times.

Any safety issues/concerns or maintenance needs are immediately reported.

Drives cart in a safe manner ensuring passenger safety comes first.

Passengers must be completely seated before engaging the accelerator.
