Brainstorm with management to provide input and suggestions to help improve and innovate our service offering

Develop knowledge of Oxygen's products and features is essential to provide expert guidance on tier upgrades, qualifications, and associated benefits

Ability to multitask, prioritize work and time management skills in a fast paced environment

Be a customer advocate while capturing feedback and work closely with management to find solutions

Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk and Salesforce Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z and dispute processes

Evaluate customer support processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making effectiveness

5 years’ experience providing administrative support in a federal environment (preferably in a Development Finance Institution or an International Organization).

Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.

Provide bilingual administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence in both Spanish and English.

Serve as a liaison between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking individuals, facilitating effective communication and ensuring clarity of information.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, both domestically and internationally.

Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, reports, and presentations in both languages.

Ability to prioritize work and time management skills

Be a customer advocate while capturing feedback and reporting it to the management in accordance to escalation procedures

Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences

1+ years of experience in customer communications and success (Financial service preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Typing skills 45 WPM minimum. (Preferred 55 WFM or more)

Campaign Management - Talent Sourcing & Negotiations

Manage campaign communications and updates to the brand

Knowledge of the US Hispanic culture

Ability to work remotely and autonomously
