Job Description
Based in Washington D.C. Metro area, Pivot Path Solutions, LLC is a government contracting and management consulting firm that offers enterprise IT solutions, strategic planning, organizational development, and business transformation services to help customers adapt and thrive in changing market conditions. Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a highly organized and fluent bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) to join our team. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, managing documents, coordinating schedules, and acting as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking individuals. The ideal candidate is proficient in both languages, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and support multicultural events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required for various projects and tasks, utilizing bilingual resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking individuals, facilitating effective communication and ensuring clarity of information.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism in both languages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, both domestically and internationally.
  • Provide bilingual administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist in the preparation of bilingual documents, such as contracts, agreements, and client materials.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, reports, and presentations in both languages.
  • Maintain and update office records, including electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow across language barriers.


Minimum Requirements:


  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
  • Must be an U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 5 years’ experience providing administrative support in a federal environment (preferably in a Development Finance Institution or an International Organization).
  • A Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration is preferred.
  • An active Public Trust security clearance is preferred.
