A Journeyman Glazier at BAGS must possess the following skills and attributes:

Ability to read Blueprints and fabrication drawings

Fabrication can take place on tables, saw horses, or sometimes on the ground at the jobsite.

The trade of Glazing is manual labor, with Craftsmanship as a primary expectation.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Knowledge of: Basic safety practices, tools, materials and techniques used in the glazing trade.

Six (6) years of experience as a journey-level glazier.

Additional experience as described above may be substituted for the required apprenticeship on a year-for-year basis.
