3+ years field service management required

Manage and direct the Field Service Engineers within the assigned geographical region.

Manage installations, calibrations, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Follow all Elekta safety and regulatory policies. Ensure all managed staff trained and following safety and regulatory policies.

Promote and display leadership skills that promote a culture of engagement throughout the team.

Experienced Glaziers should also be skilled in:

Have prior building and construction knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings.

Must possess strong work ethic and helpful attitude.

Static Strength – should be able to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull and/or carry objects.

Flexibility – should be able to bend, stretch, twist, and reach with your body and extremities.

Have good balance and hand-eye coordination.

Comply with safety and PPE requirements.

Installation of specialized glazing and curtain wall systems as instructed.

Replacement of broken glass in curtain wall systems.

Fabrication and installation of extruded aluminum profiles.

Installation of aluminum panels and other glazing infill components.

Proper application of primers and sealants.
