As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for managing staff, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. Overview The Social Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that all social activities and events are managed in a safe and responsible manner. This includes managing the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, as well as ensuring that all social activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Social Duty Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all social activities are conducted in a manner that is respectful of the rights of all participants. Detailed Job Description The Social Duty Manager is responsible for the overall management of all social activities and events. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of the event, including staffing, security, and safety. The Social Duty Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all social activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Social Duty Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all social activities are conducted in a manner that is respectful of the rights of all participants. The Social Duty Manager is responsible for managing the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. This includes ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that all necessary safety and security equipment is in place. The Social Duty Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event. The Social Duty Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all social activities are conducted in a manner that is respectful of the rights of all participants. This includes ensuring that all participants are treated with respect and dignity, and that all activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
