Job Description

About DISC:

We specialize in sales, distribution, and marketing of premium wines and spirits for domestic and duty-free channels in the Caribbean Basin. We are currently representing well-recognized leading global brands: The Macallan single malt, Brugal rum, Famous Grouse scotch whisky, Kah tequila, Sagamore rye whiskey, Dictador rum, Moskovskaya vodka, Bottega prosecco, Polar beer, etc.. to name a few.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a new team member to support brand plan execution in Caribbean markets and support the introduction of new product lines into duty-free channels.

This role is based in the Miami area.

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for driving the marketing plans in selected domestic markets working with distributors; expanding our footprint in duty-free channels by working directly with retailers.


Responsibilities:

Candidate’s main duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Provide general Marketing support to all Spirit and wine brands.

Execute Brand Plans and strategies toward the achievement of the brand’s sales goals.

Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity/trends and provide feedback to the company’s commercial team.

Effectively manage A&P budget and ensure coordination & timely execution of Brand activities.

Monitor performance across the region & across our portfolio to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure we have all the necessary tools to develop their Brands, from training tools to social media and in-store execution.

Drive listings of new product lines with duty-free customers.

Coordinate sales training sessions with suppliers to engage distributors, retailers & internal commercial teams to support company objectives.

Partner with Territory Managers to identify overall Brand opportunities and to develop specific portfolio Plans.

Provide distributors & retailers with tools and strategic guidance to help them develop local marketing plans aligned with our suppliers’ global approach.

Be able to travel internationally.


Qualifications:

4-year College Degree

At least 3-5 years of experience developing international markets, managing distributors/retailers, and building brands.

Experience in the spirits and wine sector is desirable but not mandatory.

Legal documents to work in the US.

English & Spanish Fluency.
