Responsible for relationship management of the assigned book of business

This position requires fielding calls from financial institutions on major service issues and collect annual information from borrowers.

Increase BND's visibility in both the banking community and the agricultural community.

Attend various banking and ag related meetings to communicate BND's services and role in the state's development.

Loan requests are within the program guidelines and overall mission of the bank.

Loans are structured and maintained to provide profitability and minimize risk to the bank.

3+ years in of experience in business banking preferred

Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Banking; new business development, deal structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management.

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

Manage sourced credit portfolio, monitor credit quality and integrity.

Adhere to the Bank's credit policies, guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.

Attend courses and lectures to maintain and improve credit skills.

Prior experience excelling working with traditional middle market C&I companies as a commercial lender and new business development officer.
