Qualifications


Job Details

  • “Be the Voice” for the online business and work closely with Merchant partners to achieve the online sales plan.
  • Ensure merchandise is live on site in an accurate and timely manner (through partnership where needed).
  • Owns the weekly NOW (not on web) and Item Lifecycle report to identify items that have fallen “off track” from the normal timeline and take appropriate action.
  • Partners with Web Ops Manager to analyze business and provide ideas, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and escalate web, inventory and system issues, working closely with Web Operations and IT to identify a timely solution.
  • Monitors and QAs the site daily for best customer experience
  • Provides recaps and insight regarding competition

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
  • 2+ years previous work experience in an e-Commerce or Omni role
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are full completed
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Have experience working within buying or store organizations and with multiple cross-functional groups
  • Have the ability to work independently and under pressure
