Work with talents on the development and production of the podcast channel.

Develop new and innovative strategies to engagethe audience, build up fan communities across platforms and raise awareness of the podcast channel.

Collaborate with the Podcast Marketing team to develop a paid strategy to support growth benchmarks.

Ensure that all podcast ads are running smoothly and effectively.

Improve the podcast channel’s performance by monitoring, evaluation, and providing recommendations.

Superb organizational and time management skills

Creating and updating presentations, spreadsheets, and other forms of management reports and communications

Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent experience preferred

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet savvy); fast learner of proprietary systems and processes

Excellent verbal (professional and friendly demeanor) and written (spelling, punctuation, grammar) communications skills

In-depth knowledge of the television/entertainment industry is a plus

Excellent communication skills, with a confident and engaging speaking style.

Experience with podcasting, radio, or other forms of audio content creation is a plus.

Draw character sketches using traditional medium from approved source documents.

Provide on-stage Guest Service through the Disney Service Basics, with an emphasis on the Five Keys.

Engage Guests by educating them on the Sketch Program.

Ability to produce character sketches using traditional medium from approved source documents.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools – Asana knowledge a plus

Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows

Manage on-sale timelines in partnership with artist relations lead

Manage digital marketing campaigns for assigned shows across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search, press, partnerships, and paid advertising.

Work with social media manager to concept and activate social media marketing campaigns for each show

Strong organizational and project management skills

Interpreting data for marketing trends and reporting to management for new or potentially new product or service development.

Develops knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced team members.

Manage requests for Enterprise self-service portals

Manage 1:1 support with business colleagues, track outcomes and volume for reporting etc. for self-service portals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Video Broadcast- All games are streamed American Association TV through a stream management site called Vimeo.

Manage Field Access with Ushers

Game Scripts- Will be read and reviewed with the production staff before every home game.

DSTI and DakStats Updates- The video board at Franklin Field is operated through DakStats and DSTI.

Camera Equipment- There are a total of 7 cameras used for each Milkmen home game. 4 are manned, 3 unmanned.

Ensure all technology and video board are working properly.
