Show Caller Jobs

The Show Caller will handle pre- and in-game preparation to produce the game. The Show Caller will be the main communicator for the production staff throughout the game.

Responsibilities

Pregame:

• Camera Equipment- There are a total of 7 cameras used for each Milkmen home game. 4 are manned, 3 unmanned.
• Game Scripts- Will be read and reviewed with the production staff before every home game.
• Video Broadcast- All games are streamed American Association TV through a stream management site called Vimeo.
• Leading up to game open, the Show Caller will cue Game Hosts for Ad reads and Video Board Operator for graphics and videos.
• DSTI and DakStats Updates- The video board at Franklin Field is operated through DakStats and DSTI.
• Video Board- Show caller will have to update videoboard with all assets provided by ROC Ventures Marketing department. (Birthday screen, groups in attendance, QR codes, specialty videos, Partnerships, Nonprofits, etc.)

In Game

• Act as Floor Director for each in game element and any in game occurrences.
• Ensure all technology and video board are working properly.
• Planning and communicating upcoming elements.

Post Game

• Manage Field Access with Ushers
• Inform Technical Director when the Home and Away Broadcasts can be ended
