They answer customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide assistance with product selection and ordering. They also provide product information and advice, process orders, and handle returns and exchanges. Shopper Support Agents must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and be able to provide accurate and helpful information.
