Ensures and verifies that all plant departments and employees are adhering to the quality standards and guidelines of the company.

Actively monitors, teaches, and enforces plant sanitation policies, GMP’s, HACCP, and methods for allergen control

Experience working with fixtures; assembling and disassembling of tooling.

Experience with buying tooling spares and maintaining inventory.

5S and Lean Manufacturing Skills.

Knowledge of the English and Metric measuring systems with the ability to perform mathematical conversions to each.

Experience in process and tooling development, test method development, data acquisition and analysis.

Clear understanding of EHS requirements.

Competitive Pay – pay based on experience and education, minimum starting rate $19.80 per hour

1 or more years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Previous Electro - Mechanical Experience.

Previous maintenance or operational experience.

Previous experience as a Pierce team member or contractor.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
