Job Description
Job Summary


  • The Production Supervisor is responsible to control the activities for the production department to meet safety, quality production and lean targets goals and objectives. The Production Supervisor reports to the Business Unit Manager.


Required Minimum Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience an asset
  • Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards and accomplish set outcomes
  • Three years' experience related to defined job responsibilities or equivalent training

Responsibilities


  • Complies with BU Manager instruction and direction for daily tasks and assignments.
  • Ensures the area or shift of responsibility complies with company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensures the area or shift of responsibility complies with area goals and objectives and complies with lean directives.
  • Reports production KPI's and action item progress daily to the BU manager
