VERY HEAVY DATA ENTRY POSITION!

Handle customer orders, handle invoices, and shipping documents

Enter a high volume of data from all sources in an accurate and efficient manner

Take billing information and communicate with clients regarding placed orders and pricing

Extreme accuracy when keying data

Previous data entry experience in an office environment is ideal, but not required.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure that inventory counts and system data points are correct

Communicate problems with supervisor or warehouse manager

Completing administrative and electronic functions for and materials received and issued

Inventory preparation and cycle counting

Pulling IMS orders, verifying part numbers, promotions, and quantities

Cycle count any signage with less than 10 left in inventory, including and up to the last sign

Sending Box approval and IMS shortage emails

An ability to work independently, demonstrate analytical thinking including mathematic skills and the ability to solve problems

Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

An ability to perform and understand warehouse operations

An ability to work on a computer using Windows including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and ability to learn/understand WMS systems

An ability to communicate and collaborate with all members of the team, at all levels to ensure successful customer outcomes

Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Assists management with receiving and storing of food items and supplies.

Performs all other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager and/or General Manager.

Proper training and knowledge of the following equipment/procedures: cash register, box cutter, meat slicer, and proper lifting techniques.

Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.

Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.

Communicate to Customer Management as needed

Report any unsafe work conditions to management

Minimum of two years experience in warehousing or distribution environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, WMS systems, and JD Edwards Inventory

Analyze inventory discrepancies (line shorts/missing product) and variances through cycle counts, trouble shooting and systematic research

Coordinate replenishments when product is needed at location

Researches and resolves all discovered inventory discrepancies and notifies warehouse management when a resolution is not available

Identifies trends and processes impacting Inventory Control and communicates to warehouse management while making recommendations for process improvements

Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required

Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP)

Analytical Skills and ability to count

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
