The IT & SharePoint Specialist responsibilities

• Migrate district from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online;
• Recommend changes regarding system and information architecture, security considerations, and governance;
• Develop and implement user-friendly improvements to applications/programs to lessen administrative workloads;
• Conduct site testing and subsequent modifications/fixes;
• Enhance interfaces between SharePoint and other applications/programs;
• Coordinate with management and district employees regarding SharePoint goals and needs to enhance the SharePoint site;
• Create files/instruction manuals for administering the SharePoint site.
• Train district employees on how to use SharePoint and SharePoint-related programs;
• Develop, modify, and maintain the district’s SharePoint site;
• Design the district SharePoint site to convey and gather information;
• Develop, then train district employees on, automation options to enhance efficiency;

Basic Qualifications For It & Sharepoint Specialist

Personnel with knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties as specified in the SOW. At a minimum, the candidate must have

• Minimum Education Associate’s Degree required in an Information Technology-related program (Bachelor’s Degree

preferred);

• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft PowerApps
• Microsoft SharePoint sites
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft InfoPath
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Minimum three years of experience in an Information Technology role;
• Document Libraries
• Microsoft SharePoint Designer
• Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in the following applications/programs
• Custom Workflows

Proficiency in coding, to include experience with the following

• CSS
• HTML
• JavaScript
• Graphical design experience;
• JSON

Additional Provisions

• A U.S. Citizenship;
• The ability to pass a background investigation.
