Sharepoint Specialist Jobs

As a SharePoint Analyst, you will be in charge of globally supporting our Office365 and SharePoint infrastructures. To advance efficiency, system integration, data integrity, and productivity enhancements, this position will require knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 applications. Our client is migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (cloud).

This is a permanent role. Our customer is in the Healthcare industry. They are financially stable and have excellent career paths.

JOB SCOPE & EXPECTATIONS:

• Maintain the security and integrity of data in SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments.
• Work with SharePoint team members to respond to requests, resolve issues, and keep the SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments running at peak performance.
• Focus on the global use of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications, as well as their delivery to end users. Processes are developed, features are deployed, and application support is provided to all functional areas and business units.
• You’ll provide SharePoint and Microsoft O365 solutions for site collaboration, enterprise search, workflow, and content management.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft O365 environments.
• Encourage user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications by providing employee training and self-help materials, technical demonstrations, consultation, and support for existing functionality.
• To meet company objectives, identify, research, and implement SharePoint and Microsoft O365 solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key skills:

Migration of SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications including SharePoint Online, Flow, Power Automate, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, users, and management.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint online
• Proficient with SharePoint workflows including out-of-the-box and Nintex Workflow Cloud.
• Good to have: Powershell and/or Nintex RPA experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Info Tech, Computer Science, STEM.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.

NOTE: ONSITE for the first 6 months, then Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

Bonus eligibility after 12 months of continuous employment. All bonus is based on company and individual performance.
