A Service Design Lead is responsible for leading the design and development of services that meet customer needs. They are responsible for developing service strategies, creating service blueprints, and leading service design teams. They must have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to translate those needs into service designs that are both effective and efficient.Detailed Job Description:
A Service Design Lead is responsible for leading the design and development of services that meet customer needs. They will work with stakeholders to develop service strategies, create service blueprints, and lead service design teams. They must have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to translate those needs into service designs that are both effective and efficient. They must be able to identify customer pain points and develop solutions to address those issues. They must also be able to develop and implement service design processes and ensure that those processes are followed.
