Senior Technology Portfolio Program Manager Jobs in Washington

Experience with and/or certifications in continuous improvement, change management preferred

3+ years of experience in a people management role

7+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in technology

Proven experience with a focus on operations management within high growth companies

Experience working with with JIRA or similar backlog management tool, experience working with Service Now SPM or similar portfolio mgmt. tool.

Support a team who will establish Portfolio wide value stream mapping, story splitting, and dependency management

Experience with and/or certifications in continuous improvement, change management preferred

7+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in technology

Proven experience with a focus on operations management within high growth companies

Lead financial management processes and reporting and enable Strategic Planning and AOP activities

Lead portfolio optimization including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) rollout for Technology, and oversee project rollout and change management into GTE

Experience with data center related program management

Proficient with master data and inventory management tools (SAP, TRIRIGA, or Dynamics experience preferred)

Review of lease related documentation and processing of critical information as required for our portfolio management systems

Develops and implements procedures and systems that continually improve and streamline the operation and management of Global Portfolio Management

Enables innovative solutions using data, process and tools that deliver Portfolio Management priorities

Provide programmatic management and input for all compliance and risk matters with our strategic partnerships and our entire contract base.
