Senior Solution Specialist Jobs

Provide regular project updates to senior management stakeholders (project status, effort, timeline, deliverables, financial forecasts)

Ensure internal management process adherence (CRM, Quality, Compliance, Commercial approvals) for all opportunities managed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related area; MBA a plus

General familiarity with project management principles

Working with potential and existing Americas and global Customers to understand financial, operational and technical requirements of requests

Coordinating across Yusen to incorporate Customer requirements into workable operational, technical and commercially sound solutions leveraging People, Process and Technology elements

Time management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Technologies: Knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WLAN controller, Firewall, VPN, IDS, NAC solutions

Low-Level Design: Ability to design secured LAN and WLAN solutions for large campus, airport, and remote sites

Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations about WAN and security solutions.

Collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with other architects, engineers, and project managers

Collaborates with colleagues to gain and share ideas and opportunities related to LAN, WLAN, and Security solutions.

Functional Human Resources/Skills or IT content and campaigns experience a big plus

Experience designing sales collateral based on sales conversations, calls, market research, and own expertise.

Creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute

Work with Extend product marketing team, global campaigns and enablement stakeholders

Support other strategic activities directly related to supporting the rollout of these deliverables, like event support.

Work closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials

2、2+ years relevant experience in EV charging or SaaS software business.

3、You have experience from startups, where you worked as a solution specialist, or similar.

1、Responsible for creating end-to-end solutions with large customers which are integrating the Autel EV charging platform.

1、Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering

5、Based in California, US and willingness to travel domestically.

6、Proficient in English and Chinese, able to communicate and coordinate effectively in all aspects.
